An interactive experience along the river
Hydro-Québec

Mutation was commissioned to create an interactive experience. It explores the various hydroelectric installations along the St. Lawrence River, from the Great Lakes to the Beauharnois power station.

From the conception of the experience, through the creation of the illustrations, right up to the development challenge, Mutation worked with Hydro-Québec to illustrate the journey of water.

Challenge

Present the journey of water from the Great Lakes to its discharge into Lake Saint-Louis in a dynamic way, while respecting accessibility standards.

Screens from the interactive experience: illustrated map of the St. Lawrence between Canada and the United States, a page on the Beauharnois–Les Cèdres modernisation, and a section on the river's regulation partners

Solution

Take advantage of the latest technologies to enhance the custom illustrations.

Results

A fun experience that informs and reassures citizens and local residents.

Collaboration

Mutation is working closely with the company for several years on a variety of projects.
