Challenge

Update the digital experience and revise the information architecture, while ensuring that different audiences have access to the appropriate content in line with the highest industry standards.

Solution

Carry out an in-depth analysis of the existing site and user needs, and design an information architecture to better segment content for a variety of target audiences.

Results

A site that highlights the Bank's various projects, priority sectors of activity and expertise. A content management system (CMS) offering total autonomy to website managers.

Collaboration

The relationship, born of the Bank's website redesign project, continues. Mutation maintains the CIB-BIC web platform and supports its continuous improvement.
